Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn footwear or accessories in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
